Julie is a certified career counselor (GCDF) with a master's degree in education and over 15 years of teaching experience.Trained in advanced assessment and career exploration facilitation Julie founded Compass Discoveries in 2015. She has worked with thousands of students at the University of Texas and high schools across the country as well as adult career changers to identify, appreciate and utilize their strengths and talents. Using an innovative career coaching program and proven techniques, Julie partners with her clients to develop a meaningful and successful career plan.
